MEMBERSHIP PROMOTION
Each year CFRW Northern Division has a contest to give recognition to those clubs with a strong membership promotion track record. To be eligible for an award, a club must MAINTAIN or INCREASE its membership based on the membership figures as of October 15(the 10th and final report of the year).
2008 CFRW NORTHERN DIVISION MEMBERSHIP CONTEST RULES
The membership contest ends on October 15,2008. The regular membership totals reported as of that date will be compared to the totals as October 15,2007.
There are four parts to the contest.
1. The LARGEST NET INCREASE in total club membership, the winning club in each category will receive $50.00 and a certificate.
2. The largest percentage of MOST NEW MEMBERS, the winning club in each category will receive a certificate.
3. The largest percentage of MOST RENEWALS, the winning club in each category will receive a certificate.
4. Clubs whose membership numbers INCREASE or STAY EVEN with 2007 levels receive a CIRCLE of EXCELLENCE certificate.
Clubs must qualify for a CIRCLE of EXCELLENCE certificate to be eligible.
The above prizes and certificates are awarded to winners in each of five categories based upon the clubâs size and category as of the year ending October 15, 2007.
CATEGORIES DESCRIPTIONS
I Clubs with 10 to 49 members
II Clubs with 50 to 74 members
III Clubs with 74 to 99 members
IV Clubs with 100 to 149 members
V Clubs with 150 + members
